Welcome to Tony Shaffer's Sentinel Circle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.coloneltonyshaffer.com (the "Site") and the services offered through the Site (the "Services"), including subscription access to exclusive content, participation in our private chat forum, and purchases from our merchandise store. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the Services until that time. No refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of your current billing cycle.

4. Billing and Payments
a. Payment Authorization: By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase (including any applicable taxes and other charges).
 
b. Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of our payment processors.
 
c. Billing Cycles: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annually). Billing occurs on the same day of the month or year as your initial subscription date.
 
d. Failed Payments: If payment cannot be charged to your payment method, we will attempt to contact you and may suspend your access to the Services until payment is received. If payment fails repeatedly, we may terminate your subscription.
 
e. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the prices for our Services at any time. For existing subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increases. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

d. Damage Cap: OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
